People you can plan with

Your project brings plenty of decisions. It helps to have people beside you who understand the detail, explain it clearly and care about what you want to achieve.

Experience that helps you move forward

Multiproject began in 2009, drawing on Bart’s experience on site and running a building company. The practice first supported contractors with quantity surveying, then grew through client-side commissions. Today, you benefit from both perspectives: an understanding of what matters to clients and architects, and how projects are priced and delivered by contractors.

That experience spans multimillion-pound homes, residential developments, listed buildings and complex refurbishments, alongside commercial work. Residential projects remain our specialism, with the same care brought to smaller homes and substantial, complex schemes.

For your project, that means realistic budgets, clear scopes and decisions made with the next stage in mind. From early cost advice through to construction, the support is shaped around your project’s size, complexity and team. The aim is simple: help you plan ahead and keep design, cost and delivery working together.

Bart Kolosowski

Director & Senior Quantity Surveyor
BSc (Hons), MCIArb

Bart is your main point of contact, helping you and your project team make sense of costs, contracts and the decisions ahead. He founded Multiproject in 2009 after working on site and running a building company, and specialises in post-contract work: managing changes, assessing payments and agreeing final accounts.

With a structural engineer for a mother and a construction manager for a father, building was always part of family life—even if he originally imagined another career. Today, he shares his experience through The Home Project Podcast and as an expert at Grand Designs Live, helping people feel better informed about their projects.

Rohan Patil

Senior Quantity Surveyor
BSc (Hons)

Rohan oversees project delivery, bringing eight years of UK residential pre-contract experience to your project. He turns drawings, specifications and the developing brief into cost information that helps you and your team compare options and make informed decisions.

His work spans cost planning, estimating and tender preparation, with close attention to scope, assumptions and the detail behind the figures. He coordinates the team’s work and reviews Sumit’s output as required, drawing on Bart’s input where needed.

Sumit Mane

Quantity Surveyor
BSc (Hons)

Sumit joined Multiproject’s graduate scheme in 2024 and has recently been promoted from Junior Quantity Surveyor to Quantity Surveyor, reflecting the capability and responsibility he has developed.

He now handles straightforward assignments independently, preparing cost plans, measuring work, researching prices and clarifying the scope behind the figures. Rohan and Bart review his work as required. That care with the detail helps you understand what your budget includes, where assumptions have been made and what needs to be resolved as the design develops.
