When you get in touch

The enquiry form needs your name, email address and a message so that the team can understand your request and respond. A phone number and project location or postcode are optional. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry. You can also call or email instead of using the form.

Wix provides the website and enquiry form. The team handles enquiries through Wix and email, and may record details in Bitrix24, our customer-management system, to keep track of your enquiry and follow-up. Our website, email and customer-management providers process information as part of delivering these services.

Why this information is used

When you ask about services for yourself, relevant information is used to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For enquiries made on behalf of an architecture practice, developer or other organisation, and for other professional contacts, the basis is our legitimate interests in responding to requests and managing business relationships, taking account of your rights and expectations.

Where Wix processes information

Wix processes website and form information through Wix.com Ltd. in Israel, which is covered by UK adequacy regulations. Wix may also use other group companies and service providers around the world, including the United States. Its Data Processing Agreement describes the protections for these transfers, including contractual safeguards where required. How long information is kept

We keep enquiry records in Bitrix24 for 12 months after an unsuccessful enquiry is closed, or for six years after the resulting project is completed if the enquiry is successful.

Personal information is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes explained here, including where needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Your rights and questions

You can ask for a copy of your information or for inaccuracies to be corrected. Depending on the circumstances, you can also request deletion, restrict its use or receive a portable copy.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. If a use of your information relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent.

You can expect an acknowledgement within 30 days. Your complaint will be looked into without undue delay, you will be kept informed of progress, and the outcome will be explained to you.
