Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar tools can also store or read information on your device. We use these tools to keep the website working and, with your permission, understand website use and which adverts lead to enquiries.

Your choice

Our consent tool is Usercentrics for Wix. You can accept optional cookies, reject them or choose categories. You can change your choice later through Cookie settings. Your choice about website tracking is separate from signing up for emails.

You can use the calculator, see your headline estimate, request a proposal and buy a service without agreeing to advertising measurement. Essential tools needed for security, forms, bookings, payments and remembering your privacy choice remain available.

Essential tools

Wix and our consent provider use tools necessary to operate and secure the website, manage sessions, support requested transactions and remember your cookie choice. These are used where needed to provide the website or the service you request.

Website measurement

With the relevant permission, Google Analytics helps us understand how people use the website, such as which pages they visit and which calculator, enquiry or booking steps they use. This can involve device and browser information, identifiers and website interactions. We use the information to understand and improve the website.

Advertising measurement

With your permission for advertising measurement, Google Ads and our conversion tools help us understand whether an advert leads to a calculator signup, fee request, booking or purchase. They can use advertising references and information about the event, including a transaction reference and purchase value.

An advertising click reference may be kept in your browser for up to 90 days. If you send us your details, we may link the reference to your enquiry and use it to report a later purchase to Google. The upload does not include your name or email address, but Google can link the reference to the original ad click. Our privacy policy explains this use and how long the linked information is kept.

Refusing optional advertising tracking does not affect your estimate or service. Changing your cookie settings stops future tracking on that browser. If you also want us to stop advertising measurement linked to an enquiry already on our records, email office@multiproject.uk using the address you gave us.

Cookie details and duration

Some tools last only for a browsing session; others remain for a set period or until removed. The cookie settings should be read alongside this notice for the current list of tools, providers and their durations. Our own advertising click-reference storage lasts no more than 90 days. You can also review or remove stored cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies may affect website functions.
