Email homeowners@multiproject.uk or call 020 4578 1027. What you get £195 including VAT, paid when you book. A quantity surveyor reviews your information before the call. The 30-minute call is on Google Meet at the time you book, and the link is in your confirmation email. We normally record and transcribe the call for our notes. If you'd prefer an unrecorded call, tell us before the call or at its start and we'll take notes instead. We email your written action list and guide pack within 2 working days of the call, and you can email us questions for 14 days after it. Cancelling or moving your call You can cancel or move your call online up to 24 hours before it starts and get a full refund. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you miss the call, we keep £50 for the review of your information we have already done and refund the rest, or we can move your call once at no extra charge. To cancel or move within 24 hours, email homeowners@multiproject.uk. Your 14-day right to cancel You can cancel within 14 days of booking. If you asked us to start within that period and we have already started, you pay only for the work done up to then. Once the Reality Check has been fully provided, you can no longer cancel. Our guarantee If you don't leave the call with a clearer view of your budget, tell us within 7 days and we will refund the £195. The guarantee covers the service, not any figure.
